- Xero Accounting Software (everything ) and Myob Tutorials: With Xero and MYOB, you can manage finances, invoicing, payroll and financial reports. These are cloud-based accounting solutions that are used by most Australian businesses.
- Account Payable: You will learn everything about Accounts Payable, which is money a company owes to its suppliers or creditors for the goods and services received.
- Account Receivable: You will receive knowledge regarding the ways to manage money owed to the company by its customers for goods or services sold on credit.
- Bank Reconciliation: With this knowledge, you can compare a company’s financial records with its bank statement to ensure the matching of balances and determine discrepancies.
- Asset Management: If you want to be an asset manager, we will guide you with developing, operating, maintaining, and selling assets that will grow over time.
- Payroll: We will guide you with calculating and distributing employee salaries, and wages, managing taxes, and other deductions within your organisation.
- BAS Lodgements: Equipped with this knowledge, you can lodge BAS, which is the process of submitting a Business Activity Statement to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This includes reporting and paying taxes such as GST, PAYG, and other taxes.
- End Of Month Adjustments: End of Month Adjustments are accounting entries that you will need to make in order to update the financial records at the end of each month. Doing so will ensure that the income and expenses are accurately recorded for the correct period.
- Accrued and Prepayments: In our training program, you will learn about accrued expenses, which are costs that an organisation has incurred but has not paid yet. On the other hand, prepayments are payments that have to be made in advance for goods or services to be received in the future.
- Review of P&L Account: A review of the Profit and Loss (P&L) account will help you analyse a company’s revenues and expenses over a specific period and evaluate its financial performance, which includes profitability and cost management
- Excel Class: As an accountant, you will need to be proficient in Excel to record and manage data. We will guide you in using the application efficiently and take advantage of its features to manage records efficiently.
